Power Pouches: We will embroider, make and dispatch your order within 7 business days.
Made-to-order Clothing: Please allow 2 weeks for the making and dispatching of your order.
Stocked items: We will soon hold limited stock on our most popular designs. These will be dispatched in 2 working days.
Production time for bespoke orders vary, please send us an email for a quote and production time.
We ship worldwide with tracked and signed services.
Please note International packages may endure local taxes or custom fees which are to be paid for in full by the customer.
Angie Power is not responsible for any delays or lost packages which are out of our control once dispatched.
We are operating as normal, however, despite our efforts, some delays may occur with EU deliveries because of new customs rules and regulations as a result of Brexit. When your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number which enables you to check delivery updates. Please note: If you are in in hury to receive your order, contact us via email as we may be able to organise faster shipping or courriers (this will incur an extra fee.)

SHIPPING TIME ONCE DISPATCHED
UK: 1-2 days once dispatched. (UK deliveries are running as usual)
Europe: 5-8 days once dispatched. (Some delays may occur during the Brexit transition period)
Rest of the world: 10-14 days once dispatched.
Mask ONLY orders will be sent as first class letters (UK: 1-2 days, Europe: 2-3 days, rest of the world: 2-5 days)

Standard stocked items can be exchanged.
We are unable to provide a full refund on all made to order or customised pieces.
We may accept exchanges and offer alterations, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will try our best to find a suitable solution. Please note if an exchange is agreed between the customer and Angie Power, the order must be posted back with a tracked and signed for service and delivery costs will have to be paid for in full by the customer.
