DELIVERY & RETURNS

PRODUCTION

Power Pouches: We will embroider, make and dispatch your order within 7 business days. 

Made-to-order Clothing: Please allow 2 weeks for the making and dispatching of your order. 

Stocked items: We will soon hold limited stock on our most popular designs. These will be dispatched in 2 working days.  

Production time for bespoke orders vary, please send us an email for a quote and production time. 

SHIPPING

We are please to ship worldwide with tracked and signed services. 

Important notice for shipments outside of the UK: Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR THESE EXTRA CHARGES. If you decide to refuse the parcel because of custom charges we will not refund or exchange your order until we receive it back at the studio which can take weeks and the client will be responsible for covering new shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding! 

Angie Power is not responsible for any delays or lost packages which are out of our control once dispatched. 

SHIPPING TIME ONCE DISPATCHED

UK: 1-2 days once dispatched. (UK deliveries are running as usual) 
Europe: 5-8 days once dispatched. (Some delays may occur during the Brexit transition period)
Rest of the world: 10-14 days once dispatched.

We offer free shipping on orders above £300.

 

All our gift packaging and shipping boxes are now 99% recycled and 100% recyclable!

 

RETURNS

Standard stocked items can be exchanged or refunded.

Custom, Made To Order or Personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will try our best to find a suitable solution. Please note if an exchange or refund is agreed between the customer and Angie Power, the order must be posted back with a tracked and signed for service and delivery costs will have to be paid for in full by the customer. The refund or exchange will be process only once we have received the order back at the atelier.
