ANGIE POWER is an independent, London-based fashion label, headed by French-Italian designer, Angèle Donà dalle Rose. Inspired by the heavily romantic and powerfully feminine – Angèle draws inspiration on both 18th century designs and 60’s pop-culture when designing her collections. Influenced by a mélange of traditional French couture, Italian glamour and British heritage, these original pieces are as playful as they are timeless.

THE BRAND

Keen to provide a meaningful fashion experience, the brand focuses on curated permanent designs reinvented each season with new found fabrics and inspirations in limited edition lines and made to order designs. With a long-term focus on sustainability, our garments are made with responsibly sourced fabrics, using natural fiber fabrics or salvaged end of rolls where possible, so as to limit waste and offer different price ranges.

Angèle grew up between Paris and Venice. Her parents, a painter and a textile designer, raised her in a highly creative environment, teaching her their crafts. Her family, through their Venitian design laboratory: Donatus Venitian Fabrics, practiced traditional dying methods in the production of their classic interior fabrics.

Developping her own creativity through her love of ‘making things’ , Angèle went on to studying Graphic Design at Central Saint Martins and holds a Masters degree in History of Design and Fashion from the Royal College of Art and Victoria and Albert Museum, where she developed her passion for research and a curiosity for traditional and artisanal techniques, incorporating them within her vibrant and fresh young brand.
